Julie Leone, Psy.D., LPC
Dr. Leone is the founder and Clinical Director of Solstice Counseling & Wellness Services with 30 years of experience in the mental health field. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified EMDR practitioner. Dr. Leone earned her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Carlow University, following a master’s degree from Duquesne University and a bachelor’s degree from Saint Vincent College. Over the course of her career, she has worked in private practice, community mental health, hospital settings, and higher education. She serves as adjunct faculty at several colleges and universities and continues to mentor developing professionals through supervision and consultation.
Dr. Leone’s clinical expertise includes individual and family therapy. Her clinical focus includes anxiety and mood disorders, women’s issues, postpartum care, and mindfulness practices. She is also trained in sound healing, rational hypnotherapy, and other integrative approaches. Stemming from her education in existential phenomenology, Dr. Leone is passionate about embracing the holistic nature of mind, body, and spirit in her work with clients.
In her leisure time, Dr. Leone enjoys spending time with her family and dogs. She enjoys cooking, creative endeavors, reading, and being in nature. She is a life-long learner who is always looking for additional education and training experiences.

Natasha Reyna, LMT
Tasha has been a licensed massage therapist for 10 years. She became a massage therapist at first, to work in spas, and then her path took her into more of a therapeutic role.
Tasha's specialities are deep tissue massage, sports massage, and cupping. She likes to provide a fully customizable service whether it's for relaxation or pain relief.
Every body is different and where we hold stress, trauma, and tension is different person to person. No two massages are ever the same.

Katelyn has a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health counseling from St. Bonaventure University and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Slippery Rock University. She is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor as well as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor while she works toward full, independent licensure.

Patrick J. Lowry, M.D.
Dr. Lowry is a board-certified psychiatrist and neurologist with over three decades of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Medicine and East Tennessee State University, Dr. Lowry completed his psychiatry residency at Washington University in St. Louis, where he honed his skills in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Lowry has served in private practice, community health centers, and leading hospitals across Missouri, Wisconsin, and Michigan. His recent work includes geriatric psychiatry at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services and previous positions at Granite Hills Hospital, Ozarks Healthcare, and Live Well Community Health Center. His expertise spans general and geriatric psychiatry, crisis intervention, and long-term care for complex psychiatric conditions.
A proud U.S. military veteran, Dr. Lowry served as a psychiatrist in the U.S. Air Force, Air Force Reserves, and U.S. Army for more than 30 years, including active duty during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. His unique experience includes two decades of treating soldiers and inmates at the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks, often working with patients coping with PTSD and severe trauma. He was also the Department of Defense Co-Chair for the 2010 revision of the VA/DOD Clinical Practice Guideline for PTSD, contributing to national standards of care for service members and veterans.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Lowry has held academic and leadership positions, including serving as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Residency Training Director at The University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dedicated to innovation and holistic care, Dr. Lowry integrates advanced therapeutic tools such as Alpha-Stim cranio-electrical stimulation and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) into his work, reflecting his commitment to individualized and progressive approaches to mental health.
With a career defined by service, expertise, and compassion, Dr. Lowry continues to provide exceptional psychiatric care to older adults and diverse patient populations, drawing on a lifetime of clinical, military, and teaching experience.

Jill Blair, NTP
Jill is a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association and works as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She also completed advanced education in hormone health from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
